What happens when oxygen anions meet with free radicals? Why on earth is anion being the most powerful means of removing free radical in nature?
In this article, take the time to prove this scientifically. In conclusion, oxygen anion prevents muscle fiber destruction by free radicals.
Relation between oxygen anion and free radical: Production of free radical and destruction of muscle fibers
When we start exercising, the mitochondria inside the muscle fiber cells produce energy to move the muscles. And free radical is generated as a by-product. In the previous article [Octet Rules and Properties of Free Radical], free radical tries to follow the octet rule to stabilize itself. So, I explained that two electrons are pure oxygen atoms that must be taken from the surrounding atoms.
Free radicals generated by exercise begin to destroy muscle fiber cells if there are no oxygen anions around them. This is because of the nature of free radicals. In order to be chemically stable, it takes away electrons from all the surrounding atoms and molecules without looking at them. However, it is destroyed because there are muscle fiber cells around it.
Relationship between oxygen anion and free radical : generation of oxygen molecules
In the previous article [anions in everyday life], anions have more electrons than their atomic number. So, I explained that it is an atom with negative charge as a whole.
Here again, the number of electrons according to the octet rule is shown below
Here, water (H2O, sweat) is electrolyzed from the anion pad of Monster Gear. So, there are -1 valent hydrogen anion and -2 valent oxygen anion. For example, -2 oxygen anion enters the body through the skin. So it is assumed that it is stored in muscle fibers. Then, when you start exercising, the mitochondria inside the muscle fiber cells produce energy to move your muscles. And free radical is generated as a by-product.
Free radicals need 2 electrons to stabilize themselves. We find it in the surrounding -2-valent oxygen anion. -2-valent oxygen anion has two remaining electrons as explained in the previous article [anion in everyday life]. Therefore, in order to stabilize free radical, -2 is oxygen anion. You will need one. In this case, the free radical is stabilized by securing the two electrons it needs from the -2-valent oxygen anion.
Then, what happens to the oxygen anion that delivered the two remaining electrons to the free radical? It is combined with free radicals. Molecular formula O2. It is an oxygen molecule. It is the very oxygen we breathe in through the air.
Relationship between oxygen anion and free radical : Octet rule in molecular units: O2
In the previous article [anions in everyday life], the octet rule was explained only in atomic units. So, I have only explained pure atoms and ions. We will upgrade this a bit here and expand it to the molecular level. Of course, the octet rule is also established at the numerator level.
Analyze the oxygen molecule (O2) above. The number of electrons per -2 oxygen anion is 10. The number of electrons in free radical is 8. The total number of oxygen molecules combined is 18 electrons. That is, the number of electrons according to the octet rule is completed. (Please check that there are 18 in the number of electrons according to the octet rule above)
So the oxygen molecule is itself stabilized. Therefore, free radicals generated in muscle fibers are converted into oxygen molecules. Then there is no need to touch the muscle fiber cells. Therefore, it does not destroy muscle fiber cells.
Epilogue
The effect of reducing muscle pain after exercise is shown on the body part wearing the monster gear anion pad. That's the scientific reason. When I exercise, I constantly sweat. Monster Gear anion pad electrolyzes this sweat to create hydrogen anion and oxygen anion. And it is continuously injected into the muscle fibers through the skin. Exercise continuously produces energy from the mitochondria contained within the muscle fiber cells. Then, free radical is generated as a by-product. The hydrogen anion or oxygen anion that has been previously introduced meets this free radical. So it turns into water and oxygen molecules that don't harm our body.
This is an free radical that has been converted into oxygen molecules by oxygen anions. Now that it is an oxygen molecule, it does not destroy muscle fibers.
